MAURITIUS TOUR MANIPAL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MALAYSIA

Day 1 (Sat, 17 Feb 07) – KUL/MRU (Meals on board / D)
Assemble at KLIA for flight to Mauritius on MK647 ETD 0835 / ETA 1355 (flight via Singapore)
Meet on arrival and transfer to La Plantation.
Dinner at hotel.


Day 2 (Sun, 18 Feb 07) – MRU (B / L / D)
Breakfast at hotel.
Proceed and discover rural Mauritius while heading to the East coast of the island. A short trip by boat will bring you to Ile Aux Cerf, an islet situated off the East Coast. This perfect tropical playground with dazzling stretches of white sand & warm turquoise water is unique in Mauritius. This is also the home of all water sports. Lunch served at noon
Return to hotel for dinner

DAY 3 (Mon, 19 Feb 07) – MRU (B / L / D)
Breakfast at hotel.
Full day sightseeing to the south, you will stop at ‘Troux Aux Cerfs’ an extinct volcanic crater with a breathtaking view. Then continue to visit the ships models factory, all handmade handicrafts that you be able to admire the reproductions of a variety of historically famous vessels. Then follow by a brief stop in the town of Curepipe for shopping. Taking a south-west direction, the tour proceeds to Grand Bassin, a sacred lake for the Hindu community. During a stop at Plaine Champagne, you will admire the Black River Gorges, an ideal sanctuary for the fauna and flora of the island.
Lunch will be served in a restaurant. A few minutes’ drive from there is the village of Chamarel, famous for its coffee plantation, waterfall and unique seven coloured-earths.
Return to hotel for dinner.

DAY 4 (Tue, 20 Feb 07) – MRU/KUL (B / Meals on board)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Check-out at noon from the hotel & proceed to Port Louis for half day tour till transfer to the airport for the flight back to Kuala Lumpur on MK642/ETD 2240 (Flight Via Singapore)

DAY 5 (Wed, 21 Feb 07) – KUL
Arrive at KLIA - ETA 1155 after an enjoyable holiday in Mauritius.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:

*Return economy airfare on Air Mauritius – KL/Mauritius/KL
*Return airport transfers in Mauritius
*Hotel accommodation at La Plantation (4«) based on twin share basis
